Treated Fresh Air Units & Exhaust System

WE Manufactured single and double skin Treated Fresh air units & Exhaust System of 500 CFM to 50,000 CFM air flow capacity the frame work constructed with extruded aluminum profiled and 3 D corner joints.

The double skin sandwich panels are fabricated from inside with high polymer polyester coated, pre painted, galvanized steel sheet and outside with PVC film coated, powder coated paint finished sheet, protection film on top. The unit is mounted on mild steel channel. Unit will have filter section which contents with filters and independent door, coil section which contents with refrigerant coil and expansion valves and controls, blower section which contents centrifugal blower with motor belt assembly and control panel with separate inspection door with lock system.
